We have a background in hand made, customized dental implant restorations and education which has brought us around the world and allowed us to enjoy a variety of cuisines. Among those cuisines we have always especially enjoyed Japanese food and culture.

Our most recent endeavor and passion has revolved around Japanese street food, specifically Yakitori and Yakiniku. As we followed closely YakitoriGuy on YouTube and attended some of his events in California, as well as hosting many Yakitori events at our home in West Phoenix, we developed a certain comfort level with this art, and made continual improvements to our Yakitori. This led to a single defining moment in December 2024…After talking with Chef Marcelino Ramos and Hospitality Director Ivan Herrera of Pretty Penny, Phoenix over a number of dinners, we set a date in December to share Yakitori with our friends, and the rest as they say, is history…
